If we have agreed, in writing, to let you
have a monthly account, you must pay all
invoices 30 days from date of invoice. If
you do not have an account, you will be
expected to pay in full on delivery of goods
and pay a returnable deposit, to be held
against any losses or breakages.
We will not be liable
for any delays caused by circumstances
beyond our reasonable control. If the goods
break down or stop working properly, we will
try to replace them or repair the fault as
soon as possible.
